why my Blavatar doesn' t change?

  Hello,

  I was wondering why I have uploaded easily my Blavatar but it doesn’t change
  when it appears close the website address……
  any clue?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi. If you are referring to http://wemakebooks.co.uk , I can see your Blavatar now (both in the admin bar and as a favicon). It sometimes takes several hours for changes to be effective.
