The email included 6 IP addresses and port pairs to run a traceroute against and was sent June 1st and re-sent about 30-minutes ago.
Do not reply to the subscription notification emails that you get from this thread. They go to a donotreply address.

Could you please go to http://speedtest.net and click on the ‘Being Test’ button to run a speedtest. After it’s done you can click on the ‘Share this result” button and then click the ‘Copy’ button. Next, you can paste the link in this thread.
