  what happen with my blog “blogandarticles.wordpress.com” inform me at my email id (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Someone at WordPress has decided your blog somehow breached the Terms of Service you signed when you started your blog. They should have left a contact link on your Dashboard, use it… sometimes they make mistakes, but only WP can release your blog.
