Why my content not show up in 'what's hot'

  All my contents that i recently write and public in WordPress don’t show up in ‘What’s hot ‘latest post. why?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Staff make the choices. We Volunteers and other users do not have a role to play in that process.
