why my domain transfer procedure was refused!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Goodmorning, i have followed the wordpress guide to transfer my domain (highpeople.net) to another registrar but the procedure is failed and i lost money and time!
  I took the domains auth code, i communicated it to new registrar and i stated the tdomain transfer procedure but now after about 7 days they tell me that my current registrar (wordpress) REFUSE the transfer!!!! I want now why my transfer procedure was refused and i want know exactly what i have to do for transfer my domain highpeople to another registrar.

  Hi there,

  I found that your domain was locked. Please note that the domain must be unlocked for the transfer to go through. I have unlocked your domain and emailed you the authorization code. I’m so sorry, but can you please try going through with the transfer again?
