Why my email notifications are still failing?

I wrote last week about the same problem and have had no communication from wordpress nor a solution. I realize I am not paying for thisservice but… All of my email notifications are coming in blank. There is not one iota of data in the body of the email. In fact when I click on the details for each individual email the detail information is always the same. No matter who the alert if from or which kind of notification it is.
FYI:

Upon searching more on my own after gaining more cofidence in what I am doing I discovered very quickly that other people are having the same problem. And just as an FYI I am having no problem with any of my other emails nor haveI been. This just started happening with wodpress in the last week.Thank you again for your time. I do hope to hear back from someone this time. At least let me know it’s being worked on would be really nice.

We recently switched all of our emails over to HTML, which has caused some display problems with older email clients. Would you happen to know what Internet browser and webmail platform your readers are using — those that are experiencing this problem?

I am the one having the problem with blank emails on my end. This just started in the last week. Prior I was able to open all notifications, the content and links were there. Now nothing. So I am unable to find new posts I should be notified about, I am unable to confirm subscriptions to another’s blob because no content, no link to take me to a confirmation.My browser is AOL 9.6 version. I have never had an issue with receiving blank emails in the 16 years. Like I said I was able to open and find content before. Now the emails are completely blank.
I have not heard whether readers of my posts are having issues of the same nature.I look forward to this problem being resolved. Thank you so much for our time and attention.

Thanks for apologizing but I don’t hold it against anyone. Really. Frustrating yes, but more so for the folks who have to fix it I’m sure. Hopefully eveyone is grateful and kind.
Thank you too of course for the fix. I cannot say whether I am able to find content in the emails now only because I have yet to receive a new notification of any kind since your last message.
Yesterday there was a partial fix as I was able to get content on new changes in my blog. I had not been receiving that content either. So I knew you all were working hard.
I’ll let you know Max if there should be some weird things going on, which I truly doubt. My faith is with you folks on that side of the fence.
