Why my Feature images and sharing option are not working?

    I decided to refresh my blog and changed the theme. Since then the feature image on posts and pages are not displaying, also the social media sharing option have been affected. Please help

    Also the themes name is Plane, if that can help

    Every theme is unique so the featured images you set before using a different them may not be the same dimensions as they are on the theme you switched to using. In fact, the Plane theme does not have featured images listed as a feature. https://theme.wordpress.com/themes/plane/

    More to the point, I do see your sharing icons at the bottom of the post on your front page and on the bottom of your pages. If you do not see them you most likely have a browser related issue.

    If you are not running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/ please try upgrading or switching first.

    (a) Exactly what kind of device you are using to connect to the internet and to WordPress.com.
    (b) Exactly which browser (and version of it) you’re using by checking here if necessary http://supportdetails.com/

    Themes are just “skins” on WordPress.COM hosted blogs. You can quickly and easily change themes on any WordPress.COM hosted blog to another one found here http://wordpress.com/themes/ and no data will be lost or negatively affected by the change. The only time you may have to do some work is if you are changing to a dramatically different theme and have done any CSS editing.

    Every theme has a detailed theme description page with set up instructions and a live demo site. I would consult those before I made the switch.

    Provided you are logged in as Admin under the same username account that registered the blog go to Dashboard > Appearance > Themes, Browse themes until you find one you like and click “activate” or “preview”, or type in the name of the theme you want to use and when it appears click “activate” or “preview”.

    After you change your theme all you need to do is go here Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets > Inactive Widgets and re-install them where you want them to appear. The widget contents and settings will be the same as they were prior to changing themes.
