Why my featured image is not visible?

    Hi, somebody can help me please?
    I’ve just created a new WordPress homepage – it is my first one.
    I edited all the sites, it’s almost ready, but I have 2 problems:
    1. The featured images on the Home-page and on the Contact-page doesn’t appear in the prewiew. And they are also not there in the homepage when I open it new.
    2. The Menu also doesn’t appear that way (with that words) I was setting them.
    In the Editor is everything fine, images and menu are there, but in the prewiew and in the page itself – by opening it new – not!
    What can be the problem?
