Why my 'manage your notification' always loading only when I want to open it?

I want to see what is the new notifications about.but when I click that white bell ,it’s always only loading.I’ve check my internet connetion,& it is okay to open another page.Please help me.thank you…

You either have a connectivity issue or you have a browser related issue.
