why my menus are not displayed propertly?

  HI,

  I use the theme twenty ten which offers 4 or 5 menus, why the contents of my menus are not shown properly?
  my menus are Home, travel journal, passion and other pics
  WHY it shows something else?
  Home, about, Passion and travel journal ?

  Those are NOT menus or even menu items. Other travels pics, Passion and Travel Journal are all static pages that will never update.

  (1) There is only one page we can post to in any blog and
  (2) static pages bloggers create http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/ do not automatically update.

  Only the dynamic pages like Categories, Tags and Archives created by the software when we publish a post we that we have assigned Categories and Tags too will update automatically update with new posts.

  By default the front page of the blog is the post that displays all posts in your blog. Though there is only one dynamic page in a blog for posts (not pages) http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/ and we cannot post to more than that one page, we can create the appearance that we have posted to more than one page.

  We organize posts by assigning categories to them. You can create a custom menu and add the dynamic categories pages into the custom menu.

  I have named my menu the same than my pages, now I’ve changed them so my menus are
  Home, Journal, Other and Passion and pages are : about, travel journal, other travel pics, sport
  why there are 5 displayed home, about, other travel pics, sport, travel journal? instead of 4?

  Hi there. Menus are edited separately from pages, since you can add more than just pages to them, or you can create pages without adding them to your menus.

  As mentioned in the support article timethief mentioned, you can edit the menus for your site by going to Appearance > Menus in your dashboard.

  HI,
  i know how to edit my pages but I don’t understand why my menus keep showing: home, about, other pics, sport, travel journal ?those are the names of my pages
  can I display my menus: home, journal, other, passion?
