Why my method of payment is not accepted?

I use my master credit card always, but, by some reasons, it is not accepted here as method of payment… Why? I am assuming I will have to find another registrar…

If you are referring to purchasing a plan found here https://wordpress.com/pricing/ please read what follows.
The only accepted means of payment are in this support doc.
WordPress.com uses PayPal as the payment processor, and as such, can only accept payment from countries they support: https://www.paypal.com/worldwide/
If for whatever reason, they have chosen to block payment from your country, you will not be able to purchase an upgrade here unless you have a source of payment outside of your country. Note: You can buy a prepaid credit card from an approved country.
In addition to major credit cards Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Discover, and PayPal https://www.paypal.com/worldwide/ WordPress.com can accept echecks and some debit cards.
The debit card must have a VISA or Mastercard symbol on it, and should work just like a credit card when selecting the VISA or Mastercard option on the payment form, even though it’s a debit card.

It is accepted in the country. It is master credit card. What is the problem than I do not have a clue…
The message error says, “That method is not allowed.” -

I am not aware of an error message like that related to payments, so maybe the error is not related to your card after all. Could you maybe try your purchase again in another browser or try disabling your browser’s extensions?

I do not need site, and I just need a domain. It sounds like a payment went through on another browser!

How do I forward now my the domain to the Kunversion website? Is there any other way to get answers quicker, like chat?..

Hi there, to point the domain you purchased to a site not at WordPress.com, you will need to find out from Kunversion what is needed. I would expect you will need to change the nameservers, and that procedure is explained here.

Verify things with Kunversion first though before making any changes.
