Why my paid off domain is not working

    I paid for a domain so that I could get my blog started and try to make an extra income with this. I paid back in September and my blog is still not working. The Roving New Englander If you type TheRovingNewEnglander.com into google it does not exist except in a facebook page I made seperatly. Now if you are not going to get my domain working I want my money back. I have followed the ‘ easy’ directions to work my domain from a wordpress.com free plan to the paid plan so I can have more features yet it hasn’t done anything. What is going on?

    Thanks for writing to us. Happy to try and get things sorted. After taking a look through our system I was unable to locate TheRovingNewEnglander.com.

    Is there a possible typo in the domain? Do you have an email receipt from us for the purchase?

    It’s not currently registered to anyone, there is not an owner, you can register it now via My Sites – Domains – Add.
