Why my payment is not pushing through?

  Im trying to pay for a business subscription via paypal but its not pushing through

  The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff). It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

  The payment is failing on PayPal’s end, so please contact them directly to find out why that is.
