Why my plugin is incompatible with WordPress.com?

  Hello,

  I am plugin developer and I have plugin in WordPress repo which is https://wordpress.org/plugins/armember-membership/.

  It seems that this plugin is not comaptible with wordpress.com. I don’t find any reason that why its not compatible. Could anybody help me please?

  Yes, it looks like the plugin you developed is on our incompatibility list:

  The message I see regarding why it is on the list:

  it interferes with site operation and is not supported on WordPress.com

  Okay, I found out why the plugin has been blacklisted:

  The plugin throws an error when a file is attempted to be uploaded to the Media Library via Calypso.

  I hope that helps. If you can fix this error, I’d be happy to report it internally in hopes to get your plugin removed from the list.

  Hi

  Firstly, Thank you very much for your help.

  I have checked the issue and it seems that issue was reported in 2018 and since then we have made huge changes / improvements to our plugin and this issue is solved since a long time ago.

  Also, we have improved our file upload module in latest released which is launched yesterday. ( version 2.2) https://wordpress.org/plugins/armember-membership/

  Please make a request to remove our plugin from incompatible plugin’s list.
