why my post disappear when I do safe draft?

    It happened several times. Even once, I published, then I though I forgot to put something and went back to the dashboard… it was then that every thing disappeared… More: At the time, I was at my computer doing that post and my husband was at his computer doing a post in his blog and the post disappeared too! Each times it happened when we do the save draft, but sometimes every thing goes right. I hope WordPress can have an answer to that problem, because if it happen on two different computers and different blogs, something is wrong on the WordPress side. Thanks for your atention
