Why my post won't show in tag searches?

Why my post won’t show in tag searches?
I have read other questions on here, and they all seem to show up the moment that the tags and categories should be less then 15 and I already have less then that number. Some people have said that I am not showing up in the reader at all some times.
I would be grateful if this was sorted as soon as possible. Thank you.

None of any Post show like

But 2 days old post is there but not mine….Same with others like

That blog appears to be a spam blog for selling jewelry through walmart. That is against the terms of service here and it will probably be suspended. You cannot have a blog whose primary purchase is to send people to a different website to make purchases.

But according to wp terms I think we cant post links in the post text I mean buy now links…
But here I am only sharing rings images and info about rings and didnt post any of website link in it….
