  Probably because this is the support forum for free WordPress.com sites. Plugins can only be used with a Business plan and few people visiting here will have a Business plan or the answers to your questions. Once you have a paid plan here you’ll have access to LiveChat support with staff.
  PS: I’ve just done some Googling and found that the Printify plugin is indeed available here with a Business plan.
