Why my reply to comments are taking long time to updating?

    Whenever I reply to comments on other blog sites, my reply disappears on the WordPress Reader site or it is taking too long time on other WordPress blog sites to update.

    The site I need help with is kld.wvi.mybluehostin.me. It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack.

    It all depends on the settings on those sites. On some sites, comments are published immediately, on other sites comments are published after the owner of the site has reviewed and approved your comment.

    You are right. But my reply was updating 4 days ago on other blog sites in 30 minutes but now my reply is taking 9-10 hours to update on other blog sites.

    I am not a new commenter on that site and I have been commenting on that site for 1 month.

    I follow 4 sites on WordPress but this problem is happening only on this site and not on the other 3 sites.

    Hi there,

    That site is not hosted here on WordPress.com and we have no way of knowing why your comment doesn’t appear there.

    As @staartmees already mentioned, there are many reasons why comments don’t show up immediately and that depends on the comment moderation rules that the site owner has configured.

    There could be many reasons for my comments not appearing but the main
    reason could be that the site owner has configured the comments.
