Why my screen will be cut when change the ratio of monitor resolution?

  I use 1366 x 768 to adjust my page. But when change to 800 x 600, my full width pictures will be cut ( I use pagebuilder plugin, and set the background photo scale to ‘fill’ ). While the same resolution change scale to ‘fit’ will emerge whole picture, the space between background photos becomes larger. How to resolve this problem??
