Why My SIDEBAR became UNDERBAR?

  I have a problem with my blog. My right sidebar moved to the bottom of the page, it looks awful. But when i click to view one of my post, my sidebar moved again, and loaded at where it belong. Do you guys know how to fix it? Thanks.
