why my site is not public?

  the options are
  Site members
  Admins and Editors
  Pass protected

  i test Site members and it does not work very well. People need permission to see it.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Perhaps you have another site? What you are looking at there is for individual posts. To make a site public you click on “My Sites” “Settings” “General” and scroll down on the right to tick Public rather than Hidden or Private and then “Save Settings”.
