Why my status still "your domain will expire on April 21, 2015?

  Dear Sirs/Madams,

  I have already paid my renewal domain on Apr.18, 2015 by credit card, however the status in “my upgrades” still shows “your domain will expire on April 21, 2015”. Why is that so, please help. Would appreciate if you could send an answer by email to [Redacted by staff] or text me at [Redacted by staff]. Thank you so much.

  Hello. Thank you for responding. I received an email message from Mr. James C. and I explained that I have alreadey paid my domain renewal on April 18, 2015 $18. Since it will expire soon -on April 21 I become worried because I receive no reply yet. Please help. Thank you.
