Why my store disappeared ?

Why my online store disappeared ? Today I opened my front store, but it can not edit, so I log in my WordPress account, it shows you don’t have any WordPress site yet. But I already built a store several weeks ago and now I can open my store with the domain, but can not edit it and can not see anything in the WordPress. What is the reason ?Site: (email visible only to moderators and staff)/.

Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com but instead a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted at Bluehost. We cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
You’re seeing that “you don’t have any WordPress sites yet” here at WordPress.com because you don’t have any WordPress.com hosted sites.
