Why my transaction is decline again?

    I was directed last week to use another card, which I already get from my bank Polaris in Nigeria and use it now to pay, but I was told the transaction is decline. Please I want you to assist me to make this pay now

    I’ve checked your account and the error I’m seeing indicates the payment was blocked by your bank or card provider (not WordPress.com). Please contact them for more information before trying to upgrade again.
