Why my website is no longer available？

  When I try to post blog on my page (elsieltly.wordpress.com), the error message says the following:
  elsieltly.wordpress.com is no longer available.
  This blog has been archived or suspended in accordance with our Terms of Service.
  For more information and to contact us please read the message in your dashboard.

  I’m so puzzled about what’s wrong had I doing? Can you help me find the answer? To avoid the next occurrence of such situation.
