why my website is unavailable

  my blog address is : justpetz.wordpress.com

  This is the information given. Definitely nothing wrong with internet connection. I also cant view with other devices.

  Google Chrome’s connection attempt to justpetz.wordpress.com was rejected. The website may be down, or your network may not be properly configured.
  Check your Internet connection
  Check any cables and reboot any routers, modems, or other network devices you may be using.
  Allow Chrome to access the network in your firewall or antivirus settings.
  If it is already listed as a program allowed to access the network, try removing it from the list and adding it again.
  If you use a proxy server…
  Check your proxy settings or contact your network administrator to make sure the proxy server is working. If you don’t believe you should be using a proxy server: Go to the Chrome menu > Settings > Show advanced settings… > Change proxy settings… > LAN Settings and deselect “Use a proxy server for your LAN”.
  Error code: ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

  thanks perseshow.

  I tried on my smartphone, pc and ipad all cant view. It’s just too funny. I can login and view dashboards update details but just cant view the blog. stats seems like there are visitors too.

  hope i can resolve this soon as this has been quite a while already.

  You’re welcome, just call me Perse. If I figure out anything about this, I’ll let you know. But as of now, I have almost zero knowledge of computers. Mine extends merely to the WordPress settings I’ve explored—which is to say, not very many!

  Are you using the same connection on your phone, pc and ipad? If your phone and ipad are running off the wifi instead of the data plan, you are.

  I used my phone i can view my blog on data plan but when on wifi I cant lol.

  Thanks Raincoaster for reminding me to turn off wifi first before viewing using my phone.

  so it has to be some settings with my modem right?

  No, it’s most likely either your firewall OR your ISP. Could be either of them.

  Call your internet service provider in the morning. If it’s them, they will have gotten tons of complaints and will already know how to fix it. They will walk you through it.

  Hi there!

  Since you are able to access your site through your mobile data plan, it’s most likely a software installed in your computer or a browser plugin that’s blocking the connection to WordPress.com, or your Internet connection itself.

  Please troubleshoot this by temporarily disabling your firewall and anti-virus programs and any active browser extensions. If that doesn’t help, try contacting your ISP to sort out the issue.
