  Hi there, as @xpurichan mentioned, no need to create new threads on the same topic. You can find all your earlier forum threads by clicking on your username in the upper right corner of every Forum page where it says “Welcome, YOURUSERNAME”. That will take you to your Forum profile which lists all the threads you’ve participated in.

  As your above question has been answered in the links @xpurichan provided, I’ll go ahead and close this duplicate thread. If you have any other question on this, please post in one of those threads. Cheers.
