Why no one is answering in live chat support

I am now frustrated with Notifications from this forum which, I have created. Can anyone please let me know, thathow can I stop getting other’s replies Notification.

Hi @itsraazaryan,
When you create a post on the forums, there is a toggle under the tags called ‘Notify me of new replies’. If this option is kept disabled, you will not be notified of replies.
Since the initial issue has already been resolved, I’ll go ahead and close this thread, so you’ll receive no further notifications from this thread.

I have been having the same problem. It has been 5 days since I sent messages for help. I also created a new topic. NOT ONE SINGLE RESPONSE. It’s ridiculous.

Hi, I desperately need support from wordpress as I’m being charged a subscription fee for a blog I can no longer access. My log-in details are all correct, it seems like wordpress has completely archived all my data but still is charging me! Really incredibly unhappy and frustrated.

I’m glad that I’m not the only one who has been abandoned. I am wondering where the ‘fast support’ is.

The best way to get a response is to contact us from our Help Center page at https://wordpress.com/help after logging into your dashboard. And include your question and provide as many details as possible so that we can address your issue thoroughly.

We should be compensated for such awful service. The service is one of the reasons I selected the plan I did. Money well spent? No.
You should be a professional company, not a corner shop. Do better! -
@quranandbibleblog, the current ‘service’ is a good advertisement to try elsewhere at the moment. I know I’m considering other alternatives.

Sashm, Good morning. My site is https://www.thesamefreschfamilymember.wordpress.com that I started in September 2023 and I contacted Word Press back then because even though my site is Public and I do not have block Google yada yada yada, nobody, including myself, can find the site on any search engine. It is now Sunday August 18, 2024 at 1:24 AM and STILL nobody including myself is able to find my site. Nobody has even contacted me in the eleven months this has been going on. I started this site because for some unknown reason, I was locked out of my other site which I have had for over a decade (?) and for some bizarre reason, your recovery page does not work and there are no humans to help me figure out what I am doing wrong. So, can you please put this new site online so people can find me because next month it will be a year since I have been at this. Thank you.

I agree. I’ve sent messages via the chat 3 days ago and no response from anyone yet it indicates answers are received within 24 hours. The support seems to be very poor.

To anyone else posting here, you will have better success in getting the attention of forum volunteers and staff if you open your own forum thread, if you haven’t already done so (Please only post one forum post; creating multiple posts on the same topic makes it harder to track an issue). Most importantly, make sure you share the full address of the site you need help with. Without that, we can’t make an informed reply

However, in order to access your site thefreschfamilyofpennsylvania.wordpress.com you need to be logged in with a different WordPress.com account
