Hi, I have been trying to seek out support from WordPress for over 2 weeks and still have not received help.
I need a refund as I’ve never experienced a worse webpage for website hosting AND customer support.
-
Thank you for this and your helpfulness. I think it’s important to mention though that when signing up to a WordPress paid plan they write that ‘there is fast support from our expert team.’ This should be honoured otherwise it is false marketing and requires a complaint. It’s not appropriate that the reality is customers ‘need to be patient as they have a very long queue waiting for them.’ I wouldn’t have signed up to WordPress had I known I had to wait days for an email response. Nobody seems to reply to the chat.

Same here! what an absolute joke! all my emails are down and have been since the 16th of August and NOBODY is replying to me!

-
hello! somebody please help?! our parents cannot contact the centre, we’re losing sales because of lack of access to our emails.
-
@staff-happychia and @staff-zinnia, WordPress should be taking notice of all this. People aren’t happy.

I appreciate the difficult situation various users are having here in this topic thread, however, as previously noted in this thread, please start your own original topic so that our Forums platform will connect your message to the correct WordPress.com account in order to address your concerns.
Currently this thread only connects to the account of the original poster. If you don’t have any original topics created through your profile, we don’t have access to your email address or the website in question in order to assist you.
If you have a paid hosting plan with WordPress.com you have access to our Happiness Engineers through your WordPress.com account. We have a support guide here: https://wordpress.com/support/help-support-options/ advising on how to access support.
We also have a guide available on getting the most out of our AI Assistant: https://wordpress.com/support/help-support-options/ai-support/
As noted in this guide:
We don’t provide AI to replace human support, only to help provide you with a quick answer in an automated way, leaving our staff of Happiness Engineers to resolve the more complex requests.
We also have hundreds of support guides to assist with a wide range of topics, including Account Access, Managing Purchases, Handling Expired Plans, Restoring a Backup, and much more.
We also offer a range of free courses on various topics in the Learn WordPress.com website.
If you access our AI Assistant, have a paid hosting plan, and wish to connect with a Happiness Engineer, you can send a message “Connect me to a Human” and you will get an option to access our messaging feature to reach a Happiness Engineer.
Due to the volume of messages on this thread that we’re unable to properly assist with, I’m closing this topic thread.
Please start a new topic of your own so that we can properly connect with your account, or review the guides provided above for further information on accessing support.
As also previously noted, to better manage requests, we’ve switched to a messaging format for support. While our replies might not be immediate, we’re still here to help you with your request!
For best support results when you reach out, please include your question and provide as many details as possible so that we can address your issue thoroughly.
Thank you in advance for your understanding and patience.
