I dont understand why post photos do not appear on my homepage but on the example for Imbalance they do. How can I fix this?

Probably because you’ve uploaded a background image that’s not optimized for the web. It’s so huge it’s clogging your internet connection. Please use a graphics program or site to make sure that image is no more than 72dpi, then upload it again.
A lot of people are having this problem recently.

@topaztundra: I’m seeing six post on your homepage, all with images. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.
@vikkajansen: You switched to AutoFocus so we can’t tell.

Using Firfeox 10 I see images just as panaghiotisadam said above.
Here’s how to clear your browser cache and cookies. Also note that any outdated browser version can be upgraded here. -
@raincoaster I switched back, can you see the 2 posts pictures? blue birth and red birth on the homepage? thank you!

You need to set the images as featured images (same as uploading or inserting an image, only click “Use as featured image” instead of “Insert into Post”).
Irrelevant but important: The images you have uploaded and inserted are resolution 180, width 3648px. For future posts at least, you should make copies of your images, downsize them in an image editing application to resolution 72 (that’s what all browsers display) and width 710px or less (that’s the maximum in the theme you’re using), and upload and insert those copies. This way you don’t waste your storage space, and you decrease the loading time of your pages. Plus you get better quality as well, because images downsized by WP lose some color and sharpness – see here:
