Why no refund received?

After cancellation of the renewal of the domain mapping, I never received the refund.
What can be the reason?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Thanks for reaching out about this. I see you cancelled the Domain Mapping, but didn’t ask for a refund. By issuing a cancellation of the subscription, the refund is not automatically triggered. That has to be requested, and it will be issued providing the purchase falls into the 30-days refunding timeframe.

I believe I did ask for a refund. According to the message displayed on the screen, my request was ok and was going to be processed because I cancelled the service within the 30-days time-frame. The reimbursment was supposed to be done the same way I paid for the domain mapping.
I did not however receive any e-mail on this.
