Why no response from WP?

I applied a blog named webdesignstudiotoronto, I got it on June 19, at the same day after I logged onto my another blog and tried to log back, it said my username/password is not correct, I tried all means to get back just no use.
I then contacted WP, in an auto email it says:
“Your message is flying through cyberspace to us as you read this. We will get back to you as soon as we can.”
However, I haven’t got any response from them so far.
So disappointed! anyone knows a number I can reach them by phone?

First off, check your spam filter at your email provider to make sure the response from staff has not been caught there.
I’ll tag this thread for staff attention and hopefully they can look into it and get back to you soon.
