I do not find any record of that Page existing in Google’s indexed content cache. Perhaps it’s a draft page that you failed to Publish. You can check here > Dashboard > Pages > All Pages for it and click the Edit link if you find it. Perhaps you deleted it and if that was less than 30 days ago you can restore it from Trash. http://en.support.wordpress.com/trash/#restoring-from-trash

It’s also possible that you created a custom menu and forgot to publish a that draft page and add it into the custom menu. See:

excuse me, this menu has been for over a year, it was deleted by wp!
yes it was the menu, I didns’t create nor publish anything the last few months, it was there this morning.
how to retrieve it?
what I said was the truth, according to TOS. I need to have a court order of deffamaiton to remove it

It seems you don’t understand that when Staff respond to this thread, after they answer all threads tagged for their attention prior to this one being tagged, they will post here and you will receive an email notification. As I noted above there is a considerable backlog of threads tagged for Staff so that response and email notification my not happen today.

The page http://magicalex21.wordpress.com/justice/ still exists as far as I can tell.
I think some of the issue is that you have your posts page and your front page set to the same thing. This is something that you should change. They should point to different pages.

And WordPress.com does not delete content.
You would have had your site locked/blocked and would have received notice if there was a court order or some other TOS issue.

– WP took down my menu/page of PMC is dead, that’s why I post in the support to claim it back.
