why pages of the menu are not displaying ?

Hello, I am having a problem with 2 pages with galleries ( my portfolio ) which dont display on the actual blog although everything seems fine and published in my editor. I have tried to clear my cache as adviced and to wait however it has been 24 hours already and it is not more working for other visitors. I have tried to delete everything, recreate the pages and the menu however when clicking on the links on the menu, it still doesn’t show and says the page was not found so i think i now need help. Thank you in advance!

It finally turned out that my problem can be solved simply by choosing a different name for the page, maybe it would still be interresting to understand why ?

Are you referring to your Portfolios page here?

If so, the “portfolio” slug is reserved for the portfolio custom post type mentioned here:
So, if you setup a page with the /portfolio slug, it will not display the content you enter (since it’s reserved for portfolio projects). Does that make sense?

thank you for the answer, i indeed didn’t think about this portfolio custom post and that it could be reserved for it. It worked as soon as i changed the slug.Thank you again !
