  While payment procedure for domain, pakistan is not in the list of countries Whyyy………………….

  Dear aayan338,

  WordPress.com uses PayPal for their payment processor. Since PayPal is the one who sets their own standards WordPress must abide by their rules. See link below:

  Unfortunately, there are some countries that PayPal will not accept payments from. If you have a credit or debit card registered to an address in one of those countries, you will be unable to use it to pay.

  Another option is to buy a prepaid credit card from an approved country to make your payment.
