Why partial refund?

  Hi

  I ordered some services earlier and I realised I need a hosted wordpress site. So I wanted to get a full refund on everything.

  I paid £30 for Personal Bundle
  I then paid £55 for WordPress.com Premium
  I could then only get a refund of £-44.00 for WordPress.com Premium

  Can someone explain why and how I get a full refund?

  Hi both

  Thanks for replying and for applying the rest of the refund.

  Should it be showing in my WordPress account area straight away?

  Or will the final refund only show up on my bank statement?

  It may just show up in your bank account.
