    Hi,
black and white pictures posted are becoming gray whereas the original pictures aren’t gray…
    could you explain why ?
    thanks you

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  • Gateway has a hover effect on the posts area – when you put your mouse over a featured image, it lightens. You can see that on the demo as well: https://gatewaydemo.wordpress.com/

Since you’ve opted for black-and-white images, that hover effect results in your images looking greyish.

Solutions could be to opt for a different theme, to use custom CSS to remove the hover effect (this would require a Premium or Business plan), or to use coloured images.

    HI
I would like to know if it’s possible to keep the same size of the cover image on each different screen whatever the size is and whatever the brand of the computer ?

Because i was i very disappointed to notice that the size of the cover is changing if the sreen size is changing as well. So some parts are smaller if the sreen is larger, and that’s not nice !…

    Thanks you for your answer.

No, this isn’t possible, because Gateway is a responsive theme, so it does adapt to different screen sizes automatically. That ensures that your content is always readable on any device, from desktop to mobile devices like phones or tablets.
