Why preview will not display properly?

  After writing a new post and saving it, I go to “preview” and get the “error 404-file not found” and the right panel is now on the left side. In the last two days, I have done this several times. If I publish it, all is well. I have another problem which has appeared at the same time: When I go to “stats at a glance,” no bar graph appears but “403” in it place. same on all three tags – days, weeks, months. Thanks very much. I do enjoy using WordPress very much.

  Can you please try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies?
