Why search for help when the topic's been closed?

  My comments on other people’s blogs have been disappearing into thin air, or thrown into spam. I just tried to describe the problem and ask for assistance, and all I got was a notice that:

  THIS TOPIC HAS BEEN CLOSED

  What in the world is that about? If a person has a legitimate problem and comes seeking assistance, why would the question be relegated to the trash?
