why selected widgets do not appear on my blog

  I have selected some widgets, put in the sidebar, configurated, appearance too,
  but they do not show on my blog.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello there!
  Please click Appearance → Widgets in your Dashboard. Open up Sidebar 2. Drag “Blogs I Follow” into Sidebar 1, underneath your existing widgets.

  Now, visit your site. If you click on the little widget button (at the top of your page, between your menu and search buttons), you should be able to view all your widgets.

  The sidebars in your theme, Circa, don’t actually appear down the side of the page. This theme keeps things streamlined, so they only show up when the widget button is clicked.
