How do I add another blog to my account?

  Already started to do 2nd blog and was told that my email address is already taken. I donot want a 2nd email is there some way to get around this

  Sure! You can add a blog to your existing account by going to http://wordpress.com/signup/ whilst logged in. This means that the new blog will have the same username as your current blog; it was creating a new user account which was requiring you to use a second email address, so, by using the same account you avoid this.
