WHY SHOULD I Pay when the developers are obviously inept?

SO this shit hole web hosting ‘service’ continues to prove the developers are TOTAlly inept, AND when i ask basic question i get YOU MUST PAY TO TALK TO A HUMAN, when in reality WHY WOULD I PAY for something when it sucks FREE?
I continue to see new VISITORS, when I am editing and logged in. HOW INEPT do these developers need to be to understand when I am LOGGED IN, those are not VISITORS? It’s exceptionally dishonest, down right LIES, in the simplest of stats?Living on disability due to work related injuries and with the US Govt being equally inept (except in there stealing EVERYTHING, including MILLIONS in Food Stamp SNAP benefits.

If they can’t do the simplest of things there is NO WAY IN HELL i’d even THINK of paying for such a LEMON.

I understand your frustration. The “visitors” you see while logged in are usually admin sessions or previews — WordPress sometimes counts these in stats. It’s not meant to mislead.
As for support, human support is only available for paid plans, while free users can use the community forums for help. You don’t have to pay unless you want direct support or extra features.
If the stats still seem wrong, posting details here in the forum can help volunteers or staff investigate.
