You can start by setting up your theme and publishing some content as the site is already public and available to search engine spiders.
Every theme has a detailed theme description page and this one is at https://wordpress.com/themes/sight/ That’s where set up instructions for it are found. The live demo site is at https://sightdemo.wordpress.com/
You must be logged in under the exact same username that registered the site to be able to access the site. The Admin login link to the dashboard for every blog hosted by wordpress.COM is:
http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
Replace NAME_OF_BLOG in that URL with the actual name of your blog.
