Why some people are unable to view the blog after assigning new domain

  I have had a couple of reports that people have not been able to view my blog site since I assigned a new domain name. Most people can access the site but some are reporting a page titles something like this:

  This page is used to test the proper operation of the Apache HTTP server after it has been installed. If you can read this page, it means that the web server installed at this site is working properly, but has not yet been configured.

  Do you know why some people are getting this error?

  http://cpsu-csiro.org.au/ appears to be working properly.

  It can take domain changes up to 72 hours (though usually much less) to propagate to your ISP. Unfortunately, we have no control over this as it all depends on how often your ISP refreshes their DNS cache.
