Why the 'add media' window doesn't open?

  hi! I can´t download any media to my blog. I press the button to open the window and no window opens. It has been like this for a few days yet.
  And I tried to add some new tags to old posts, I updated them, but nothing changed.

  If you haven’t already can you try clearing your cache and cookies?

  If that is not working can you try using Firefox to upload the image? What browser are you using when it’s not working? What internet provider are you using?
