Why The Add New Post Does Not Work Properly?

  Hello There,
  When I open my blog everything looks great and okay. But when I click on the “Add New Post” . The page does not view properly. It is all weird. I tried opening the page in different web-browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari). But it still looks the same.
