Why the error report?

I am getting the Error Report: This blog has been deactivated because we believe it does not comply with the WordPress.com Terms of Service or advertising policy.

My knowledge-based skills include Handling Critical Care in ICU. I outstrip in communication and managing people, analytical problem solving and planning skills. I am dependable, flexible, friendly, hard working, expressive, formal, and punctual and a team player. Please do the needful or suggest alternative options; please. I’m an immense WordPress fan.
