Why the followers don't receive a notification email when I update the blog?

  People that suscribed to my blog don’t receive notification email whenever I update it. I can’t find why and how I can fix this??

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi, subscribers to your site will get an email with each new post your publish. On your site at oysterhealthsydney.wordpress.com there is just one post published in November of last year.

  The pages you’ve created on your site won’t be sent via email. Just to clarify, posts and pages are separate types of content.
