Why the fonts of my two blogs are the same in Chrome but differ in Firefox?

    I created springercreekrestoration.wordpress.com and was satisfied with the appearance.

    Then I purchased the domain slocan2020vision.org and creating the blog by cutting and pasting from the first.

    Since that time I have been unable to determine why all the fonts (menus as well as posts) are smaller in the new blog using certain browsers such as Firefox on Linux (so far Chrome on Linux & Firefox on Mac and Windows seem alright). I followed the suggestions about the cache, etc. to no effect. Is it because the one blog has its own domain name?
