Why the refund staus doesn't show up anymore?

did my refund request within the 48 hours of purchase, Actually after 2 or 3 maybe. Till this morning my admin page showed in store> my upgrades Cancellation pending. Now it shows only “cancellation info” and seems like i did nothing.

Clicked on “calcellation info” it says to me: you subscribed more than 48 hours ago and it’s not elegible for refund. Wich is pretty false, since i entered my cancelation request just few hours later i purchased the domain.

I’m not sure why that didn’t go through, but I can help you out.
Just to clarify, if you want to cancel your domain wickedcustombikes.com it can take up to several weeks for our domain registrar to release the domain, and it may not choose to do so. We can’t guarantee that your domain will ever be available to you again once canceled. If you have any intention of using wickedcustombikes.com again in the future, I suggest that you do not choose to cancel.
Please confirm that you understand and want to cancel your domain. Once you have done so, I will cancel it, process the refund, and remove the upgrade from your account.

Thanks for the quick response. Yes i’m aware of the “risk” of not being able to choose that domain name anymore, but i basically understood wrong the whole service at my disposal so, Yes i want to confirm the Cancelation of that domain. So feel free to proceed with refund.

I have processed that refund for you. Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement.
